By Road: From the North, East and West, use the M25 to Junction 23. Head South down the A1 turning off at the first exit to Borehamwood. Follow signs to Borehamwood Town Centre. At the Railway Station roundabout at the end of the main street turn right on to Theobald Street. At the mini roundabout - 300 metres, turn right into The Boulevard. Kinetic Centre access is on the left.

From the South (Central London) use the A41. Turn North onto the A1 at Apex Corner. At the first roundabout turn left and follow the signs to Borehamwood. When joining the main shopping street at the T junction turn left. At the Rail Station roundabout at the end of the main street turn right on to Theobald Street. At the mini roundabout - 300 metres up, turn right into The Boulevard. Kinetic Centre access is on the left.

By Rail: Exit Elstree & Borehamwood Station (Thameslink Line from Kings Cross). Cross over the mini-roundabout into Theobald Street. After 3 minutes walk turn right into The Boulevard. Kinetic Centre pedestrian access is on the left.

Fastest journey time from Kings Cross 14 minutes. Normal journey time 22 minutes. Trains are every 15 minutes during the business day with fast trains at peak hours.
