Mobile phone provider 3 has launched the “3 Live Shop” in Sweden to provide customers with the personal touch. This could be the evolution of live chat in the making, with 3 saying it’s a one of a kind.
The customer is given an individual sales person who talks them through a list of suitable options throughout the sales process, demonstrating products simply and visually.
This technology and experience provides customers with a high standard of customer service from online experts, with quality information and product knowledge, and a much speedier service that saves the user having to visit the store.
