Basepoint Business Centre

The Base - Kent's new inclusive business centre designed to appeal to start-up businesses, together with existing small and medium enterprises. A modern mix of contemporary and flexible workspace incorporating sustainable design, the centre represents the first phase of the regeneration of Dartford's Northern Gateway.

The centre will include offices, studios and workshops and will be managed by Basepoint Centres Limited on behalf of SEEDA with the project funded by the HCA.
