Spectrum House

Spectrum House has a rendered exterior with a gated archway to the central courtyard around which the business space is arranged, comprising of a variety of open-plan units; small offices and studios, some with wooden floors and exposed beams. The majority of the spaces are self-contained and have their own entrances. Situated on the north side of Gordon House Road, approximately 150 yards to the east of Gospel Oak rail station, Kentish Town underground and rail station are located approximately 15 minutes walk to the south. In addition, Spectrum House is located outside the congestion charge zone and within a close proximity of the A1, providing access throughout London.
