Hours: Ad hoc.

If you have experience in property maintenance/facilities or have perhaps worked as a caretaker in an office/school environment and are looking for occasional work to assist us on an ad-hoc basis, then we may have the perfect role for you.

The role will be responsible for general property maintenance of our two buildings to ensure we have the most suitable working environment for our employees, tenants and visitors.

The successful candidate will need to be well presented, flexible and friendly as well as being self-motivated, client focused with a positive can-do attitude. A good level of fitness plus great communication skills are important to the role as is a strong knowledge of DIY; including skills such as plumbing, engineering, painting/decorating, carpet fitting and carpentry.  Experience in building construction is not applicable.
