Job Profile
The main focus of the role is to increase revenue through sales of serviced office space, virtual office space and meeting rooms and maximize potential.
You will be dealing with incoming enquiries, implementing and developing the marketing strategy, maintaining broker/agent relationships, database management, client base development, networking events.

Responsibilities: Sales & Marketing
• Managing prospect enquiries and office viewings
• Managing CRM database
• Managing introducing agent relationships
• Developing client base through product and service sales
• Negotiate contracts with prospects and clients
• Negotiate client renewals
• Close negotiations, follow through to signed agreement
• Collate prospect and client feedback
• Creatively interpret prospect and client feedback to deliver solution
• On-going client liaison and development
• Anticipate and plan ahead for sales development
• Developing and implementing marketing strategy
• Networking within business community
• Market research competitors
• Meet targets and desire to exceed
Salary and benefits
• £30,000 basic salary
