This is the  suggested bca Licence Agreement Template   Clause 8 (Limit of Liability) there is wording still in square brackets which will need to be considered and amended as appropriate for each Licence.   The law does change rapidly therefore anyone using this template should check with your legal advisers to ensure that it remains current.
