Charlie Cudworth

Charlie Cudworth is Managing Director of Prospect Business Centres.

Charlie commenced his career in property with Dacre Son and Hartley and after 3 years developing a broad range of commercial property experience he moved to GVA Grimley to concentrate on property investment. This was followed by a move to Grenville Smith & Duncan to specialise in office development and investment.

In 2006 Charlie joined Monument Group, one of his clients, following a number of successful transactions. In 2008 Charlie became the MD of Prospect Business Centres, a subsidiary of Monument, tasked with the expansion of the company.  Prospect have subsequently opened new centres in Leeds and London and are planning further openings to reach a target of 20 by 2016.
