Managing Director - Bizspace

Gareth originally trained and qualified with Ernst & Young as a chartered accountant. Having spent time with Sun Life, Whitbread and five years as the Finance Director of Orion Media Marketing, he joined Bizspace plc in 2005 as Finance Director. In July 2006 Bizspace was acquired by Highcross and soon after this acquisition Gareth took on the role of Managing Director of Bizspace.

Gareth's remit is to develop Bizspace and its people into a business that is flexible and robust enough to sustain growth to more than double its size over the next 3-5 years. Indeed in the last 9 months, Bizspace has grown capital value by almost 60% with floor area now at 6million ft² across 85 sites.

Gareth brings to the bca a wealth of financial and commercial experience from across several business sectors.
